The PERFORMA Commissions program originates new productions and supports artists in the creation of exceptional multi-media performances. PERFORMA works with artists from conceptualization to presentation, providing financial and production support, including touring.

PERFORMA05 proudly presents a live performance by the Belgian born, Mexico City-based artist Francis Alys in collaboration with Rafael Ortega.
Rehearsal II will feature a stripper, pianist, and soprano.
The fluctuation between engagement and repose onstage curbs the expectation of a seamless performance, and, for Al??s, Rehearsal II allegorically explores notions of promise and disappointment, as well as the avoidance of success.
